Job PositionSales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory. This includes managing daily sales activities, implementing sales programs, maintaining stock levels, reporting market intelligence, and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure relevant products are always available in assigned retail outlets.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and maximize product displays to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure program activities are implemented with precision and alignment to Marketing strategies.
  • Accurately record and report sales activities via TME Lite or other tools.
  • Perform retail surveys and report findings as needed.
  • Report competitive activities, including pricing, product launches, and promotional programs.
  • Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by the Area Sales Manager or management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity is a plus.
  • Adaptable, organized, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
  • A 2-wheeler bike is not compulsory but preferred for this position.
